WAIT FOR ME | short brief

The programme "Wait for me" ( Waiting for you, Missing you )deals with the search and the reunion of people all over the world, who were separated by different circumstances like wars, earthquakes, floods, revolutions as well as love dramas or conflicts. Nowadays there are only two countries on the planet where our programme is not yet helping search and find people missing: these are Antigua and the Republic of Cape Verde. The programme "Wait for me" is shown at prime time for already two years and keeps leading positions in top-5 of the most rated programmes of the entire Russian television. There are also special additional releases for Ukraine, Belorussia and Moldova.
As a result of our work, every three minutes we receive a new application for help, meanwhile every seven minutes we get information on people we are looking for; subsequently we find people searched for, every fifteen minutes.There are connections with our Moscow studio and studios in Kiev, Minsk, Chisinau, London, San Paulo as well as Paris, Istanbul, Melbourne, Buenos Aires, Tirana, Almaty, Madrid, Montevideo and Beijing regularly. We may now state that every fifth inhabitant of the planet has seen the programme after we had a connection on the first National Channel of China.
Right after the programme had been released, the license for it's production was purchased by ABC, one of the leading American Channels. Practically all of the leading channels in Russia and former USSR republics tried to release something alike on their own, though failed without having a powerful infrastructure and a searching system that has been developed for years. However, the global significance of the project made producers in other countries discover new ways of collaboration with the programme "Wait for me". That led to the release of a new international format of the programme itself as well as a new project "Wait for me- world digest".

Worldwide TV-Connections

The international format was created in 2005 when special additional releases for Ukranian audience appeared on "Inter"- the major Ukranian channel. Since 2009 the international format of "Wait for me" has been broadcast on the main Moldovian channel "Prime", as well as on the major channels of Belorussia and Kazahstan "ONT" and "Evrazia". The economical relevance of the project has also been confirmed by the fact that the value of a minute of prime-time in the mode of cooperation is neraly 5 times lower than that of a similar production done independently. .

World Digest TV-Magazine

Due to the worldwide interest in stories shown in "Wait for me", the TV company "VID" has started to produce a special cycle "Wait for me-World Digest". Hundred of best stories shown in the programme during the 12 years of experience are to be shown within 30 series , 50 minutes each. You will discover everything: kidnapping and runaway, passion and cold reason, war and revolution, earthquake and flood, hope and disappointment. Each of these reasons has once separated close people, and changed one's fate but could then bring them back again. These are stories told by people all over the world.
